I left work early enough today that the sun was still shining with fierce clarity, trying to scorch me into plaintive submission, and I --- I looked up wincing into its full glare, but wavered not and walked out of the building, I tell you, before six of the clock had passed, and I looked on the rush hour traffic clogging the road before me and I saw that it was good.posted by Tym at 10:49 PM
