A first time for everything
Well, I've never gone on vacation with five pairs of shoes before.And three of them slippers.

Post-vacation update: Of the five pairs of shoes, I used all but one, and that was truly a backup pair, so they weren't packed for nothing. And all five compressed into a shoe bag took up less space than one pair of winter boots.
